KathyWing > We did not take one of the standard routes up - we bushwacked across to the ridge where the up arrow in and then bushwacked up the steep ridge - it wasn't fun. Once we hit the top of the ridge it was fairly easy to follow the well ducked route along the top over to Martinez. On the way down we followed the well ducked route down to where we picked up a use trial and went down the down arrow way.
KathyWing > Map of our route to Martinez. I wouldn't suggest the up route, but the down route was well marked and fairly easy. The hike is about 18 miles round-trip with a total of 4200 feet elevation gain.
